GLATT VALLEY LINE
S-Bahn network for northern Zurich and the mid-Glatt Valley
Since the end of 2010, the Glatt Valley line has connected northern Zurich with the mid-Glatt Valley. It offers fast and direct connections from Zurich main station to the airport. The first stage of the Glatt Valley line was put into operation at the end of 2006. Two years later, the second stage was opened with the inauguration of the Glatt Valley line no. 10 service from the airport to Zurich main station. The third and final stage between Zurich Auzelg and the Stettbach train station was completed at the end of 2010.
