ZVV-CONTACT
ZVV-Contact provides information on all matters related to public transport in Canton Zurich and
is also there to receive praise, criticism and suggestions.
Have you perhaps lost something while travelling on a ZVV service? You should get in touch
with ZVV-Contact first and you will then be redirected to the lost-property office of the transport
company concerned.
You can get in touch with ZVV-Contact every day between 06:00–22:00 by any of the following means:

As a public-transport user, you have the right to submit written complaints, etc. to the
public-transport arbitration service. This organisation tries to settle disputes between passengers

attempted and have failed.
