GUIDANCE ON USING STOPS

The transport companies within the ZVV are increasingly operating vehicles with low floors. The various stations and stops served by S-Bahn trains and trams differ considerably when it come to ease-of-use for passengers with luggage, passengers who have difficulty walking and those in wheelchairs. Since the beginning of 2008, the ZVV has been providing its customers with more detailed information about the usability of stations and stops. As of the 2012 timetable year, a low-floor network plan will be available in a handy printed format. It can be obtained at larger sales offices or ordered here.
