SIMPLIFIED USE OF ZVV SERVICES
ZVV enables efficient and environmentally friendly mobility; on roads, rail, waterways and in the air. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to benefit equally from ZVV services. For those with a disability, older people, parents with prams or those with bulky luggage, travelling by public transport may still present difficulties. ZVV has therefore been investing in mobility for everyone for many years, both by procuring modern vehicles and adapting public transport stops.
The brochure “Reisen ohne
Hindernisse” (December 2011) should help ensure that your journey goes as smoothly as possible –
from the planning up to the execution. It includes overviews of the various possibilities for
buying tickets as well as tips and information on the vehicles, stops and low-floor services –
everything for your individual travel needs.
