MobilPlus - The ZVV's concept
for passengers with disabilities
In 2001 the ZVV worked with disabled organisations, transport companies, the authorities and experts to produce its MobilPlus concept. The strategy’s aim is gradually to ensure that the ZVV’s public transport services meet the needs of disabled people.
