1. Who can apply?
What is the difference between the Mobility offer for CHF 25 and CHF 190?
The Mobility offer for CHF 25 is designed for newcomers to the Mobility scene who have never
used car sharing and only intend to use it occasionally. This is the best deal if you drive less
than 165 hours a year or 14 hours a month. You pay an additional CHF 1/hr for the hourly rental
rate.
The Mobility offer for CHF 190 is suitable for regular Mobility users who drive a Mobility
car for at least 165 hours a year or more than 14 hours a month. Mobility’s standard hourly rate
applies here.
Which subscription entitles me to a ZVV Annual Travelcard + Mobility?
You must have a personal – not a transferable – ZVV Annual Travelcard (NetworkPass, 9 o’clock
pass, BonusPass, Z-Pass) and a driver’s license valid in Switzerland.
My personal ZVV Annual Travelcard only expires in three months’ time, but I would like to use
Mobility now. Is this possible?
Simply exchange your personal ZVV Annual Travelcard at any manned ZVV sales office. ZVV staff
will issue you with a new combined ZVV Travelcard + Mobility valid for one year. You pay the normal
ZVV annual subscription rate plus CHF 25 or CHF 190 for Mobility membership. Naturally, the
remaining time on your old ZVV Annual Travelcard will be refunded pro rata. You will also receive a
temporary travelcard entitling you to use the public transport network while your official ZVV
Annual Travelcard + Mobility is being mailed to you.
I have a reduced-rate ZVV BonusPass. Is this offer also available to me too?
Of course, BonusPass holders can also take advantage of this offer. Renewals or applications
to join during the year are handled by the BonusPass Helpdesk, tel. 044 805 57 80. You will receive
a separate Mobility Card in addition to your ZVV BonusPass.
I am a Z-Pass holder. Is this offer available to me too?
Naturally. If you are interested, please contact Mobility’s 24h-ServiceCenter on 0848 824
812.
I am a member of the Mobility cooperative and have a ZVV Annual Travelcard. Can I also apply for
a combined ZVV + Mobility card?
ZVV Travelcard + Mobility is currently not available to members of the Mobility cooperative.
However cooperative members already benefit from extremely favourable Mobility conditions. You can
of course at any time buy a personal ZVV Annual Travelcard as well to get the maximum out of
combining the public transport network and Mobility.
2. What do Mobility passes include?
What are the advantages of a ZVV Travelcard + Mobility?
ZVV offers you a cost-effective additional service, giving you round-the-clock, self-service
access to 2,600 Mobility cars in approximately 1,300 locations.
What does the Mobility offer for an additional CHF 25 include?
If you are a new Mobility member or only intend to use car sharing occasionally, the combined
ZVV + Mobility offer for an additional CHF 25 is right for you. This not only entitles you to
travel freely for one year in the relevant ZVV zones but allows you to move around by car as well.
You pay an additional CHF 1 per hour on top of Mobility’s standard hourly rate.
What does the Mobility offer for an additional CHF 190 include?
If you use car sharing regularly (i.e. for more than 165 hours a year), the combined ZVV +
Mobility offer for an additional CHF 190 makes sense for you. With this option, you can take
advantage of the Mobility standard rate.
When should I switch from the CHF 25 to the CHF 190 offer?
It is worth switching if you drive Mobility for more than 165 hours a year, 14 hours a month
or 3.5 hours a week.
What is the advantage of buying a ZVV Travelcard for 1 year as opposed to 1 month?
1. Great discounts: You pay for just 8.6 months (1–2 zones: 9 months), but you get to use the
public transport system for 12
2. Convenience: You only have to renew your travelcard once a year. Plus the ZVV Annual
Travelcard comes in a handy credit-card format.
3. Cost-efficient access to Mobility cars.

Can I use the combined ZVV Travelcard + Mobility (i.e. public transport and car sharing) from
day 1?
Upon payment you will receive a temporary travelcard for the public transport system which
you may use while your personal ZVV Travelcard + Mobility is being processed. However you can only
start using car sharing once you have received your official ZVV Travelcard + Mobility. The quicker
you submit the required documents to Mobility, the quicker you will be able to use the Mobility
cars.
Can I also use Mobility with my temporary travelcard?
No, the temporary travelcard only entitles you to use the public transport system. Once you
have received the combined card you can use Mobility as well, provided you have supplied the
necessary documentation and your integrated chip has been activated.
What is the procedure once I have bought my combined ZVV Travelcard + Mobility?
Within maximum 5 working days you will receive a letter from Mobility asking you to sign a
separate user agreement and send in a photocopy of your driving license. Once mobility has received
and processed this documentation you will have access to its fleet of cars. It usually takes about
8 working days to process your combined ZVV Travelcard + Mobility.

4. How do I use Mobility?
