Four steps to your first ride in a Mobility vehicle.

Order your ZVV Annual Travelcard + Mobility
You can purchase your ZVV Annual Travelcard + Mobility at any train station, any VBZ ticket office, or through ZVV-Contact (0848 988 988). If you are buying a ZVV Annual Travelcard for the first time, please bring a passport photograph with you. If you already have a ZVV Annual Travelcard (NetworkPass, 9 o’clock pass or BonusPass), you can exchange this for a ZVV Annual Travelcard + Mobility. |

Register with Mobility car sharing Switzerland
Within days of ordering your ZVV Annual Travelcard + Mobility, you will receive the Mobility car sharing Switzerland application form in the mail. Just fill in the form and send it back, and the electronic chip in your travelcard will be activated. |

Book a vehicle
Choose your location at www.mobility.ch, via mobile phone (m.mobility.ch, iApp "mobility car") or via the 24h-ServiceCenter hotline on 0848 824 812 and book the available vehicle of your choice. |

Swipe and go
Your ZVV Annual Travelcard + Mobility has an integrated electronic chip which allows you to open the car you have reserved by swiping the card over the checkpoint on the windscreen of the vehicle. Simply get in and drive off. The car keys are in the glove box. A lot of models can be started without a key – you just push a button. |
