Telecontrolled ticket machine
Customers can receive support by phone when purchasing a ticket at any ZVV machine. A member of the support staff telecontrols the machine directly from the customer centre and guides you through the ticket purchase.
Have you ever stood in front of a ticket machine and not found the right ticket? Next time, just call the free service line indicated on the ticket machine and have our customer service assist you. A member of our support staff takes over the telecontrol of the machine and guides you through the ticket purchase. The desired ticket is issued directly on site. The customer can pay for the ticket directly at the machine with cash or by using the usual credit or debit cards.
This service works for ZVV and SBB machines in the ZVV territory. You can find the telephone numbers directly at the ticket machine. The service is available daily from 6am to 10pm.
