Locating function

The "current location" function in the electronic timetable uses GPS, W-LAN or the browser's own locating function, depending on the terminal device. Especially the browser's own locating function may lead to imprecise results or no results at all, if you have switched off the locating function in the browser or if the exact location of your device cannot be identified due to specific functional aspects of the network. The latter mainly occurs in corporate networks and with Swisscom subscribers who access the Internet via a LAN-connection.

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Zurich courts have jurisdiction for any disputes between the ZVV and yourself as a user of the ZVV website that may arise from the use of the ZVV website, the use of the information, programmes, data and references presented as well as the use of offers. Subject to the use of any compulsory courts of jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
