Passengers with limited mobility

Where the step up onto a bus is too high or there's no lift at a station, travelling on public transport becomes a challenge for passengers with limited mobility. Low-floor vehicles and disabled-friendly transport stops allow people to travel without barriers.

Online Ticket Shop

You can purchase and directly print out Z-Pass tickets conveniently at home via the SBB Ticket Shop. Besides this you can order the tickets by telephone:

With the SBB app you can load your Z-Pass ticket direct to your mobile phone. You can of course continue to purchase your ticket at the ticket counter, at points of sale or from the driver on regional buses.

Telephone tickets

Passengers with an “ID card for travellers with a disability” can also purchase regional travel system tickets by telephone on the free number 0800 181 181. You can make telephone ticket orders 24 hours before the journey at the earliest. The tickets are available immediately, and no physical ticket is issued for the journey. When tickets are inspected on the train, the train staff check by telephone whether an appropriate ticket has been purchased.
