Buy or renew a ZVV travelcard online

Quick, simple, convenient: purchase or renew your ZVV travelcard in our App or Ticket Shop with just a few clicks.

The easiest way to purchase a travelcard: Simply select the desired travelcard online or via the ZVV App. You only need a SwissPass and a SwissPass Login.

How it works:

Open the ZVV App or Ticket Shop and sign in with your SwissPass Login.
Choose your desired Travelcard by searching for a route, or renew your existing one.
Select your preferred payment method to complete the purchase.
Your new travelcard will be automatically linked to your SwissPass.

Tip: you can manage multiple travelcards from one online account

At the start of the purchase process in the online ticket shop, select the option to buy a travelcard for someone else (e.g., your children, partner, or parents).
